Over 25 years Lynne has led and advised boards and their teams on major change from numerous executive and main board non-executive roles in a wide variety of sectors and ownership models including FTSE 100, family owned, Joint Ventures and founder led.
Most notably Group HR and Strategy Director for Carphone Warehouse plc part of the leadership team that demerged Talk Talk plc, created a JV with Best Buy Inc and re-listed CPW post the JV exit. She then went on to become Group HRD of the merged business, Dixons Carphone plc, as well as overseeing the merger integration.
Most recently she was Group HRD for Selfridges Group where she advised the Weston family on Selfridges Group people strategy and led the family generational succession and transition plan. Prior to these roles Lynne held senior HR and line management roles in Whitbread plc, BUPA and Tesco plc. She was appointed to the board of Greene King plc in 2012 as Non Executive Director and Remco Chair.
Alongside this she now has a portfolio of Non-Executive roles including Treatt plc (an international fragrance and flavour manufacturer) and William Hill plc. As well as a business advisory practise specialising in enabling organisations, teams and individuals to navigate the dynamics of complex change.
