Selling online since 1997, he has been involved in multi channel retailing for over 30 years. A true multi channel player, he has had P&L responsibility and ownership of direct mail, e-commerce, mobile & call centre channels for a number of brands including Harrods, Speedo, Burberry, Pentland brands and Intersport.

A regular contributor to Retail Week & Drapers, he delivers keynote presentations at various events including the World Retail Congress, in the US, the Global E-commerce Summit in Barcelona, etailment in Berlin and Online Retailer in Sydney and chairs key industry events including the BRC customer experience conference, Retail Week e-commerce summit and Retail Systems Multi Channel Conference.

He has authored 2 best practice reports on including 'delivering successful e-commerce projects' and 'the Internationalisation of e-commerce.' He was the International judge of the online retail awards of Australia and the PayPal etail awards for the 4 years running and judges the World Retail Awards.

He has also been named by Retail Week as one of the top 50 most powerful people in online retail for 5 consecutive years and most recently by Retail Insider in their top 100 retail movers & shakers.
