Nadine has recently taken up the post of Ecommerce Director at rapidly growing Revolution Beauty, who are disrupting the beauty space by bringing the concept of “fast beauty” to life through continuous new product development and obsessing about customers. Nadine’s role is to lead a digital transformation to grow the direct to consumer business globally.
Nadine previously headed up Digital and CRM at Hobbs London prior to which she spent 6 years within the LVMH Group, (Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton) the world’s largest luxury goods group.
Most recently as Ecommerce and CRM Director at Moët Hennessy, home of the world's finest luxury wines and spirits brands including Dom Pérignon, Veuve Clicquot, Moët &Chandon, Glenmorangie, Ardbeg, Belvedere and Hennessy. Prior to this she was Head of Ecommerce at shirt maker Thomas Pink where she quickly made a name for herself overseeing strategy, management and developing multichannel growth globally and delivering a greater level of cross-channel integration, including a single customer view. She implemented a programme of continuous improvement by adding online features to improve customer and brand engagement - through effective trading and merchandising, multichannel recommendations, reviews and pioneering use of video content.
Before joining Thomas Pink, Nadine held numerous positions both client side and supplier side.
Head of Ecommerce at Space NK, where she put together a small but effective team.
At Space NK she was responsible for successfully building the ecommerce business globally as well as implementing the existing loyalty programme.
